HAV Shipping Group is a fully integrated, wholly Norwegian owned, specialist shipowner, ship manager, operator, and charterer. We own and operate our quality fleet of 17 standardised, top classed, insured and maintained, single box hold dry cargo vessels (DWCC 2 – 4,000 MTS).

HAV Ship Management Job Vacancies
HAV’s standardised fleet of well maintained modern shallow air and sea draft, single box hold bulkers are wholly owned within the Hav Group. The majority of our vessels have movable bulkheads and all are maintained to the highest of standards.
HSMN based in Oslo, provides a full crew management service to the HAV Group and its clients.
With a portfolio of approximately 700 highly skilled seafarers, HSM ensures that each managed vessel is manned with qualified and well-trained officers and ratings. All aspects of crew management are dealt with by HSM inhouse, including recruitment, selection, labour/union relations, long-term strategic planning, pool arrangements, training, crew education and the provision of safety-instruction courses, the management of P&I claims relating to officers and ratings, mustering, travel arrangements, provisioning, budgeting, accounting and payroll. HSM’s crewing operation is certified to ISO 9001-2000 standards and holds a DNV certification as a Crew Manning Office.
